SERIOUS INTRODUCTIONS · MUTUAL CHOICE
How international matchmaking works
A responsible introduction gives both people time to understand the service and decide whether they want to continue. These are the planned steps; online intake is not yet enabled.
1. Understand the service first
Read the safety guidance and ask about service availability, eligibility, fees and what review actually covers. Do not assume that an application will be accepted or that a suitable introduction is available.
2. Express interest with minimal information
Initial contact should need only a preferred name, a contact email, your language and which introduction pathway interests you. Do not send passport copies, bank details, home addresses or private photos in an initial email.
3. Human review and follow-up
When intake opens, the team plans to review the information and clarify intentions, communication needs and eligibility. Any additional verification should have a defined purpose and a secure route. Ask what is checked and what remains unverified.
4. Both people choose
Only information necessary for a proposed introduction should be shared, with consent. Both people decide independently; silence or a previous application is not consent.
5. Begin a conversation safely
Agree on a first video call, avoid sharing sensitive contact details too early and keep your own ability to end contact. Do not send money to someone you have not properly verified.
