Set expectations before an introduction
Discuss communication language, time zones and how often you can speak. Share realistic plans about work and where you might live. Do not assume that a woman will relocate, accept a particular family role or agree to marriage because she applied.
Respect a separate decision
A proposed introduction is an invitation. Either person may decline without explanation. Do not pressure someone to share their phone number, documents or private images, and do not contact them through other accounts after they withdraw.
Prepare for human review
